White Choc PB marshmallow cookies (recipe from @kimhoeltje): mix 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 1 scoop pb marshmallow Cellucor protein (code “pbeechie” gives 25% off cellucor.com), 1 tbsp sugar free white chocolate pudding mix, 1 egg white, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1 stevia packet. Place 6 dollops of the batter on a sprayed baking sheet, lighting flattening them. Bake at 350F for 12 mins.
