Paleo Alfredo with Caramelized Leeks & Bacon – meatified. I cooked my bacon first and used the grease to carmalize the leeks. I made the Alfredo sauce up earlier in the day and just warmed it in the leek skillet. Steamed my sweet potato noodles. I added leftover roast chicken and it was tasty.

White Choc PB marshmallow cookies (recipe from @kimhoeltje): mix 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 1 scoop pb marshmallow Cellucor protein (code “pbeechie” gives 25% off cellucor.com ), 1 tbsp sugar free white chocolate pudding mix, 1 egg white, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1 stevia packet.
